TG&Y, Car Lots, Car Washes, Levi Strauss, Restaurants, Beef packing plants, Shoe Stores, Lawn Services, School Cafeterias, Nursing Homes, and went to school and became a Nail Tech, to name a "few".
My husband Bill died in 1990 of an aneurysm. In 1995, got my Commercial Driver’s License and drove a truck across the United States for one year. I worked in a Uniform company as an office manager. Then I worked as a Job Coach for 2 years, before I was granted my own contract with the State of Texas in 2000
I met and married my husband Henry in 1999. He has a daughter, Jennifer and two sons, Brandon and Heath and now we have six precious grandchildren, and four great grand-kids. I am very involved with my church and in several ministries in the Texas Panhandle.
With such diversity in my job history, I am very familiar with the application and interview process. Brajulos has assisted many consumers with filling out applications, interviewing skills, orientations, and hands-on-training.

I have always liked helping people so going to work for Brajulos in 2008 was a great fit when I left my teaching career in Business Education. With my background in teaching, I am able to use my knowledge in the Vocational Program for the Work Readiness Services to help students prepare to excel in their abilities to successfully obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment.
I have a high placement success rate and work hard to find the job that is the best fit for our customers.
I am married with 2 grown children and 2 granddaughters.
I enjoy spending time with family, kayaking, fishing, playing board games, reading, and setting puzzles.
I was born and raised in Amarillo. I was involved in 4-H for most of my middle and high school years. I raised and showed sheep, goats, pigs, and rabbits. That time in 4-H made me realize how much I cared for animals and helping people. I have volunteered at Snack Pack for Kids, Evelin Rivers Coat Project, The Food Bank, and many others. I served our Great State of Texas in the Texas State Guard for over 6 years and am still on inactive reserve. If there comes a time when there is an emergency involving our State.
I got married at the age of 24 to my wonderful husband, Jeremy, in 2014. We have 3 dogs. I attended Amarillo College and received an Associate Degree in Legal Studies in 2022. In my off time I like to watch YouTube, hang out with family and my dogs, and Diamond Paint.
I noticed my love for helping people and believe God gave me this gift. Learning about this gift led me to start working for Brajulos in 2023. I look forward to helping you in the future.
My family moved to Amarillo six years ago because we wanted a small town feeling with a connection to the community. I have always loved supporting the community we live in and helping people along the way.
Teaching has been my passion, and I taught many subjects and students (specializing in children with special needs) in middle schools in the Houston area. After teaching in Amarillo for four years in the classroom, I retired to stay home with my youngest daughter who is intellectually disabled. My husband and I have three adult children and one fabulous son-in-law. We welcomed two lovely grandsons to our family in the last two years and enjoy spending time with them at their home in Dallas.
After a year of retirement, I was overjoyed to find work at Brajulos, so I could get back to doing what I love. I feel refreshed, energized and ready to help people become independent and confident through finding work and thriving in our community.
When I am not helping my customers find a great job, you can find me doing all the homestead things: cooking for my family, milling my own grains, baking homemade bread, making fresh dog food for my three dogs, raising 20 chickens and gardening.
I have been around the world of special needs since I was 5 years old when my younger brother was born deaf, partially blind, clubfoot, and with 22 different brain disorders. Since his birth, as I grew, I developed a passion for helping other with various disabilities. I proceeded to become a Registered Behavioral Technician which I actively worked as until Spring 2023. I then went into teaching as a Special Education Assistant. The following year, I began working as a Special Education Teacher at an Elementary school here in Amarillo. With my passion for helping those with various disabilities, I plan on continuing my education and gaining experience.
I am a wife and mother to 5 little girls ages 5 and under. I enjoy playing farming simulation, RPG, puzzle video games, reading, and watching Anime in what free time I can manage to find or schedule into my day.
I retired from being an educator / Principal for over 35 years. With my background in teaching, and love for the students,
I am able to use my knowledge in the Vocational Program for the Work Readiness Services to help students prepare to surpass in their capabilities to successfully obtain and maintain employment. It is nice to be out of the administration and back working with students

My daughter is in a wheelchair and is able to do so many things. People look at her and put limitations on her. Dawn was able to help her on a job and prove to the world she can do whatever she needs to do, with a little help..
Lori placed my two sons in positions where she felt like that would be able to succeed. She respects them and me. We are so pleased with the services we received with Brajulos.

I was so impressed with the Brajulos team. when something happened and Lori couldn't get to my daughter when we needed someone to be thee, one of the other staff members stepped in. We appreciate the way they all work together as a team, to take care of their customers. I really feel like when they take on a "Customer" they take them on as a family member!
